It is always great to celebrate success, especially during the struggles of 2020. On the 30th October, the South Australian Oyster Farmers celebrated their annual Oyster Gala Dinner and a key moment for this night is the Annual Oyster Competition.

• Best Dozen Oysters in the Half Shell Premium
• Best Dozen oysters in the Whole Shell
